All returning residents who have been to Italy, China, South Korea and Iran will be placed under mandatory quarantine for 14 days on arrival. Tortola (BVI)-St. Thomas

Travel Notice: St. Thomas Arrivals and Departures

Due to ongoing construction projects at the Edward W. Blyden Marine Ferry Terminal in Charlotte Amelie in St. Thomas, U.S. Customs and Border Patrol have been relocated temporarily to Red Hook, St. Thomas until further notice. For guests flying into St. Thomas and planning take the ferry to Tortola, your arrival procedure will remain unaffected. This relocation will only
affect the return trip
from the BVI into St. Thomas.

Moving forward, ferries returning to St. Thomas will first stop at Red Hook and disembark the passengers to clear customs with their luggage. Passengers must then re-board the same
ferry to disembark at Charlotte Amalie. If you have pre-purchased taxi transfers throughThe Moorings Marilyn’s Taxi service will still meet you at Charlotte Amalie to take you to
the airport from there.

Due to this change we advise allowing 5 hours from the time of departure from the BVI to get to the airport in time for your outbound flight. If you have any questions, please contact your Vacation Planning agent to ensure a seamless travel experience.
