- Guaranteed Income: Every month, we'll pay you a guaranteed fixed payment, regardless of charter activity.
- Financing: Marine mortgages or leases can be arranged with our preferred financial institutions or you can choose your own financing source.
- Zero Operating Expenses: As a Moorings owner you'll pay NO operating expenses. We take care of everything, including dockage, insurance, parts, labor and much more.
- Professional Maintenance: Your yacht will be maintained to the most rigorous standards in the industry at no cost to you. Our own team of professionals work to the precise guidelines of The Moorings maintenance manuals.
- Duration: Varying program lengths are offered depending on the destination and closing date.
- Extension: For those who enjoy the peace of mind given by our management program, you may be offered the opportunity to extend it additional seasons through our wholly owned Footloose Sailing Charters in the Caribbean.
- Global Brokerage Network: At the end of the agreement, if you decide to sell your yacht, we provide global sales support through our company owned brokerage activity worldwide.
